Staff Bio’s


Gail holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License. She has been a licensed builder in Massachusetts and active in the construction industry since 1993.  She and her teams are builders and renovators of both custom homes and commercial properties. They have a passion for the craft and pay attention to every detail. From small to large projects, they build and remodel properties throughout the Massachusetts area. Gail works to build a strong team with her clients, architects, decorators, and subcontractors on every project. Her solid relationships ensure every project comes to successful completion. Her team’s quality finish carpentry skills make each client’s vision a reality. Superior project management means on-time delivery of each client’s project. She is trusted by both her clients and contractors and strives to complete every project exactly how it was envisioned. Her team will ensure that your project is designed to meet your needs. Their attention to detail will make the difference and your project will exceed your expectations.  


Eric works as a Project Manager overseeing construction throughout Mass. Holding a BS in Business Administration from Framingham State, he began his property management experience in 2000. He served as an asset manager for some of the finest residential and commercial properties in Boston.


Matt works onsite as Project Operations Director for our projects. His construction career began in 2002 and has included both residential and commercial remodeling as well as new construction projects. With a passion for woodworking, he spent many years focused on high-end interior finishes. His finish carpentry skills are second to none and he ensures the quality of our work remains impeccable.


Shawna acts as a Project Manager and Technology Developer. She is responsible for scheduling and overseeing our projects throughout Massachusetts.  Holding a BS in Business Administration from Babson College, she strives to achieve on-time completion for every project. Her skills have made computer technology an integral part of our business and the key to our reliability.
